                Importance Of Computer-

      आधुनिक युग में शायद ही कोई ऐसा क्षेत्र हो, जहाँ कम्प्यूटर का प्रयोग होता हो | कुछ मुख्य क्षेत्रों में             कम्प्यूटर के प्रयोग निम्नलिखित हैं

1.    Education (शिक्षा)- इन्टरनेट के मध्यम से हम किसी भी विषय की जानकारी कुछ ही क्षणों में प्राप्त कर सकते हैं | मल्टीमीडिया के विकास और इन्टरनेट की सुलभता ने कम्प्यूटर को विद्यार्थियों के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी बना दिया है |
2. Commerce (वाणिज्य)- दुकान, बैंक, बीमा, क्रेडिट कंपनी, आदि में कम्प्यूटर का अधिकतम     उपयोग होता है | कम्प्यूटर के बिना काम करना वितीय दुनिया के लिए असंभव हो गया है |
3. Bank (बैंक)- बैंकिंग क्षेत्र में तो कम्प्यूटर के उपयोग ने क्रांति ही ला दी है| आज बैंकों के अधिकांश कार्य जैसेऑनलाइन बैंकिंग, एटीएम से पैसे निकलना , चेक का भुगतान करना , रूपया गिनना आदि कार्य कम्प्यूटर के द्वारा दी किया जाता है|
4. Governance (प्रशासन)- हर एक संस्थान में अपना एक आंतरिक प्रशासन होता है और प्रशासनिक कार्य कम्प्यूटर से ही किये जाते हैं |
5. Recreation (मनोरंजन)- मनोरंजन के क्षेत्र में कम्प्यूटर का प्रायः सिनेमा, टेलीविजन, वीडियो गेम, आदि के रूप में किया जाता है | मल्टीमिडियाके प्रयोग ने तो कम्प्यूटर को बहुयामी बना दिया है|
6. Medicine (चिकित्सा)- चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में कम्प्यूटर का अनुप्रयोग विभिन्न शारीरिक रोगों का पता लगाने के लिए किया जाता है | रोगों का विश्लेषण और निदान भी कम्प्यूटर के द्वारा संभव है| आधुनिक युग में एक्स रे, सिटी स्कैन, अल्ट्रासाउंM इत्यादि विभिन्न क्षेत्र में कम्प्यूटर का O;kपक उपयोग हो रहा है |
7. Airline and Railway Reservation (वायुयान और रेलवे आरक्षण)- एक स्थान से दुसरे है तथा कम्प्यूटर द्वारा ही हम घर बैठे निर्धारित समय में जानकारी भी प्राप्त कर लेते हैं |
8. Security (सुरक्षा)- आज बिना कम्प्यूटर के हमारी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बिलकुल कमजोर हो जाएगी | एयरक्राफ्ट ट्रैक करने में, हवाई geys, सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कम्प्यूटर का उपयोग होता है
9. Communication (संचार)- कम्प्यूटर के प्रयोग ने संचार के क्षेत्र में इन्टरनेट के प्रयोग को अम्भव बनाया है | आधुनिक संचार व्यवस्था की तो कम्प्यूटर के आभाव में कल्पना भी असंभव है | टेलीफोन और इन्टरनेट ने संचार क्रांति को जन्म दिया |
10. Industry (उद्योग)- बहुत सारे औधोगिक संस्थान; जैसेस्टील, कैमिकल, तेल कंपनी आदि कम्प्यूटर पर निर्भर हैं | संयंत्र प्रक्रियाओं के वास्तविक नियंत्रण के लिए भी कम्प्यूटर का उपयोग करते हैं
